Hall Rentals

A large open space with excellent natural lighting. Accessible via the main breezeway entrance or two garage doors on the south side, opening to a covered paved walkway beside green space.

• 75 persons seated / 100 persons standing
• 6' and 8' rectangular tables + 75 banquet chairs included
• Non-commercial kitchen: stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, two sinks
• Kitchen is AHS approved for reheating and plating only — cooking is not permitted

• $400 deposit — events serving alcohol or longer than 4 hours
• $200 deposit — meetings and events under 4 hours
• $100 fee — occupancy outside rental hours (deducted from deposit)

Cancellations: $25 processing fee applies. Full deposit refunded (minus $25) if cancelled 10+ days before. Deposit forfeited if cancelled within 10 days. All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email.

Cleaning is not included in the rental fee. Supplies are provided. Plan your rental time to include setup and cleanup.

• Wipe down and return all tables and chairs to storage
• Remove all decorations without damaging walls
• Sweep and mop floors
• Clean fridge, stove, sink, and counters if used
• Wash and put away all dishes (one final dishwasher load may be left running)
• Sort garbage, recycling, and compost into the correct bins

• Decorating: Painter's tape only on walls. No fog or smoke machines — $300 false alarm fee applies.
• Liquor: Renter must obtain a liquor permit. A copy must be provided to the CCA before the event and displayed during it.
• Smoking: Smoke-free facility — no smoking of any substance within 5 metres of the building.
• Animals: No animals permitted except service animals or with prior CCA consent.
• Surveillance: Video surveillance is in place for security purposes.
